Island Lake Ice Fishing Derby February 11 – 20, 2023 Adults (12+): $35 each plus daily admission fees Youth (11 and under): $10 each plus daily admission fees Early Bird Prize: Register before February 10, 2023 at noon to be entered to win an Individual Credit Valley Parks Pass. Adult Derby Prizes (12+) : o Northern Pike  1st prize - $1,000 + plaque  2nd prize - $500 + plaque  3rd prize - $250 + plaque o Additional Prizes  Black Crappie - $375 + plaque  Yellow Perch - $375+ plaque Youth Derby Prizes (11 years and under) o Top three longest fish for any species in season  Plaque plus a gift bag (items to be determined) Sponsored by The Friends of Island Lake The Rental Shop, bait, tackle and rentals open at 8:00 a.m. Fishing license required for those fishing age 18 – 64.
