Bookings are available beginning May 4, 2024. An enclosed pavilion located on a large grassy area dappled with mature oak trees. 75 people can be seated inside with 200 person capacity on the site. Picnic tables are not sanitized between use, table cloths are recommended. An additional $28.25 non-refundable reservation fee and a $150 (including HST) environmental security deposit are required upon checkout. Deposits are refundable based on criteria met. Amplified sound is not permitted after 5:00 p.m. in accordance with the local municipal by-law. The area is available from 10:00 a.m. to 30 minutes before close, closing times vary by season - go to cvc.ca. If you are booking as part of a business additional documents may be required.
