Bookings are available beginning May 3, 2025. Open grassy area with an open air pavilion. Can accommodate 50 people seated inside and 100 people on site. No hydro or running water on this site. Picnic tables are not sanitized between use, table cloths are recommended. Nine picnic tables provided (seats approx. 68 people). An environmental security security deposit of $150 (including HST) is required upon checkout. Deposits are refundable based on criteria met. Amplified sound is not permitted after 5:00 p.m. in accordance with the local municipal by-law. The area is available from 10:00 a.m. to 30 minutes before close, closing times vary by season - go to cvc.ca. Due to construction that occurred in the space over the winter, some spaces close to the picnic sites may be not have grass in May.
